SHIPPING

• Hong Kong area >>> Free shipping via SF Express.
• China, Macau & Taiwan area >>> SF Express freight collect.
  
• International shipping (Rest of world) >>> All international orders are shipped via Standard Hong Kong Post. If you would like to use another specific express, please let us know via email hi@pinglingpanglang.world.
• Normally we ship out the items within 5-10 business days upon payment approval.
• International customers are responsible for any customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.
• Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

RETURNS

• If you need to return an item, please email hi@pinglingpanglang.world as soon as possible with your order number and the item name.
• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery date. If more than 5 days, we will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
• Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hi@pinglingpanglang.world and include photos of the defect so we can assess the item quickly.
